酒精回收塔安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)保證塔身的垂直，其垂直度偏差要求小于1.5‰，本設(shè)備操作為連續(xù)式進(jìn)料，當(dāng)排除塔釜?dú)堃簳r(shí)，釜內(nèi)必須呈常壓，以免造成真空損壞設(shè)備?；厥樟啃∫嗫砷g隙操用。酒精回收塔在生產(chǎn)過程中，開始時(shí)把稀酒精母液進(jìn)到貯罐內(nèi)，再打開閥門進(jìn)到加熱塔釜中，稀酒精在塔釜內(nèi)不超于視鏡，后打開蒸氣閥門加熱，利用酒精和水沸點(diǎn)的不同，使酒精和部份水蒸發(fā)，酒精、水和混合蒸汽經(jīng)塔身物料上升，在上升過程中，溫度逐漸下降使部份內(nèi)回流，大部份酒精蒸汽經(jīng)塔頂連通管道至冷凝為冷濃酒精，取樣化驗(yàn)合格，經(jīng)冷卻器出現(xiàn)料，否則就回流塔釜再蒸餾。
